Warranty Coverage

4DXTREME Custom Pipes Inc. stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We provide a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. If a product is determined by 4DXTREME Custom Pipes Inc. to have a covered defect, we may repair, replace, or provide a suitable resolution at our discretion.

Chrome Discoloration / Blueing

Chrome discoloration, including blueing, golding, or heat staining, may occur due to normal exhaust heat, fuel mixture, engine tuning, improper installation, overheating, extended idling, or riding conditions. Chrome discoloration or blueing is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty. Proper engine tuning, correct installation, and routine maintenance are recommended to help reduce discoloration.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, abuse, road hazards, incorrect tuning, overheating, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by other parts or accessories. This warranty does not cover labor costs, shipping charges, installation fees, removal costs, downtime, or incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase, product photos, a description of the issue, and the original purchase date. Products must be inspected and approved by 4DXTREME Custom Pipes Inc. before any warranty resolution is issued.

Final Warranty Statement

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. 4DXTREME Custom Pipes Inc. reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage. Our obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the covered product.

Short Packaging Version

1-Year Limited Warranty: 4DXTREME Custom Pipes Inc. warrants this product to the original purchaser for 1 year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. Warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, modification, road hazards, tuning issues, overheating, labor, shipping, or incidental damages. Chrome discoloration/blueing/golding/heat staining is caused by heat and operating conditions and is not covered as a manufacturing defect. Proof of purchase and photos are required for all claims.
